• New Protector Tooth Shape – A protector is added to the back of the tooth face to prevent chipping. Reduced time spent deburring parts after cutting.
• M42 High Speed Steel Edge & Chip Curler Tooth Form – Improved blade life, M42 HSS edge resists heat and abrasion. Chip Curler improves chip removal and reduces impact on the bottom of the gullet.
• Wide Set (WS) Specification – A broaching style tool set pattern reduces the risk of blade pinching compared to conventional blades.
• Coating Options EX-COAT-DP – High-speed cutting and longer blade life by EX-COAT-DP. Excellent performance in oil mist environments. Coating improves resistance to heat, abrasion, and chipping of cutting surfaces.
