Description
Ensures Reduced Side Pick-Up and Optimal Wear Resistance
Engineered for extremely high cutting speeds and tooth loads. These saw blades feature a dedicated thin PVD coating that ensures reduced side pick-up and optimal wear resistance. With a very low friction coefficient, high hardness, and outstanding temperature resistance, Kinkelder Solar is your reliable choice for demanding stainless steel applications.
When applying cutting speeds tailored for different materials — 60 – 120 m/min for steel, 30 – 50 m/min for austenitic stainless steel (300 series), 220 – 260 m/min for ferritic stainless steel without Ti (409 & 412), and 60-120 m/min for ferritic stainless steel with Ti (441) – these saw blades will optimize your results.
Whether on automatic, semi-automatic, or flying cut-off applications, Kinkelder Solar saw blades offer superior performance. Enhance your cutting output by using spray mist or emulsion coolant for maximal results. For relevant applications, a recoating program is available.
