HOCUT 767-B – Synthetic Coolant
HOCUT 767-B is a synthetic coolant for machining and grinding of ferrous metals.
It forms a clear, transparent solution that facilitates tool set-up and close tolerance grinding operations.
The extreme pressure additive package incorporated into HOCUT 767-B provides excellent lubrication
and anti-weld properties, enabling its solutions to perform difficult machining operations.
HOCUT 767-B has a clean, fresh odour and is mild and non-irritating to operators’ skin,
while its synthetic additive package assures economical, long-term performance.
HOCUT 767-B combines excellent rust protection with low foaming characteristics, long sump life,
and is formulated to reject tramp oil that can cause smoking, misting, and premature spoilage of a coolant.
It is formulated with a combination of ingredients that provide superior resistance to microbial degradation of the fluid.
Field tests have shown that the synergies of these ingredients will virtually eliminate the need for sump-side additions of biocides and fungicides.
